Beef Curry and Roasted Garlic Toast

Not really sure why I've never tried making curry before.
Our roommate showed me how to make curry and its easier than I thought.
Now we've stocked up on curry for those "emergency" meals.

Got the idea to roast the garlic from Cerveza Please.

    Thanks for stopping by!

    I roast the garlic with olive oil first to tone down that strong raw garlic flavor. thouroughly mashed it in with room temperature butter a and just spread on the bread. I added cheese just for the heck of it. Well, more of because it was someone's request.

    I use a Canon T1i.. Its a very good beginners camera. Hoping to upgrade soon but this one works well for what I need.

    Your post is making me so hungry and I just had dinner! lol I gotta learn how to make that roasted garlic toast yummm My camera actually has a 'food' setting but it's not as crisp as your pics!

    Thank you! What camera do you have? DSLR Cameras gives a little more definition than regular digital cameras.
